See the world at 5 knots!

Living on Simplicity,

Still in Colombia!

February 20, 2025

Where are we now?

Enjoying our life as Live-a-boards/Cruisers!

Still in Santa Marta Marina, Santa Marta Colombia

Its a little more than a year that we pulled into Santa Marta, Colombia. Wow!

It’s great here. The people, the food, the cruisers, the weather, the location, “life is good”! Its easy to travel to Panama another great place we love. We spent November and December in Panama, with our girls visiting for the two weeks in December. We see a some opportunities in our future after 9 years living aboard that we will share soon…

Panama City is a vibrant, robust city! It is unique with the East and West touching the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean respectively. We also traveled to Bogota, CO and had an amazing time, in another vibrant, robust city.

The wind has been crazy up until this week and we have had a bit of just sunshine, light breeze and dry conditions. The water is cool, due to the winds circulating the waters

We live an amazing life our ocean dream, it truly was a dream and today it is a reality! Put this in the books - Dream realized!
